On-Call dates from QuickBase are in Eastern Time (EST/EDT) and are automatically converted to Philippine Time (PHT, UTC+8). The ICare rotation hands over at 8:00 PM → 8:00 AM Eastern, so a “Monday” window starts Tuesday morning in Manila. The card shows Manila time only.
